    How long do I need to be off hydrocortisone to test cortisol levels? There is a possibility that I may have Addison’s disease so I want to to proper blood tests too and not just saliva.

    I suffered for 23 years with Adrenal fatigue and even was Hypothyroid and barely functioning. When I discovered your Adrenal fatigue Quartet, I could function instantly, I felt a change within an hour. I was WOW-ED and still am. I don’t see my stress changing unless my stamina increases during the stress so I feel at this point I will NEED your Adrenal Supplements for the rest of my life ( I don’t see me retiring from work). If I were to incorporate a diet in just healthy foods ALL day, would I ever be able to get off your supplements? I am a student right now in a field that is a 98% drop-out rate for this course.
